To apply for a scholarship, you must first complete your SUUSI registration and then indicate you are applying for a SUUSIship on the payment page. You will then receive a link to complete the application and may be requested to submit additional information. We approximate the SUUSIship Awards based on a sliding scale. The Foundation Board SUUSIship Committee will confirm with you once your application is complete. Be sure to pay attention to all deadlines, as incomplete applications will not be reviewed. All applications and their supporting documents are kept strictly confidential.

SUUSIship funds may only be used to cover the cost of registration, housing, and/or meals. They are not to be used to cover the cost of workshops, nature trips, travel, etc. Additionally, the maximum award does not include the $50 fee assessed for registering after the early bird discount deadline, as determined by the SUUSI director, so be sure to apply early!

Applications will open on the same day as registration, and there will be three rounds of awards:

Round 1: Applications completed by May 10, Notified by May 20

Round 2: Applications completed by May 30, Notified by June 10

Round 3: Applications completed by June 20, Notified by June 30
